My Bucket List includes (among other things) a ride of over 20 miles in all 48 of the contiguous United States.  Here’s my progress so far.

Illinois – Completed my first Century Ride in the Tri-State Tour August, 2013. The ride launched from Hammond, IN and landed Kenosha, WI, via the lake shore path and scenic Lake County, IL.  The weather couldn’t have been more perfect and it was a GREAT ride!

Indiana – Ridden a few hundred miles in my home state.  Rode my inaugural Hilly Hundred in 2012 (read my post, A Ride that Changed Everything) with my good friend and brother Michael Navarro.  Gonna do it again in 2013, with more enjoyment and better riding!

Ohio – Introduced to the incredible spirit of Livestrong riding in August, 2012 as we rode from Van Wert, OH to the Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, IN.  Pretty easy ride, but great day to spend with great people.  God bless you Jon Colbert!

Rode for the first time with my brother-in-law, Jeremy, in August, 2012.

Wisconsin – As part of the Tri-State Tour (August, 2013) I rode the requisite 20 miles in and around Kenosha, WI.  They have a great shoreline along Lake Michigan with all the requisite marinas, activities and restaurants.  I really want to try Captain Mike’s Beer and Burgers sometime.  “Technically” this meets my requirements, but I am looking for another significant ride in WI, perhaps something a bit more central or up near Green Bay?

The shoreline in Kenosha, WI was amazing to see (the 90+ miles to get there had nothing to do with it).
